rebuilding virtual workspaces with students in mind.
Through competitive analysis and feature roadmapping, I helped with the development, design, documentation, and beta launch of Luna AI, an AI voice companion designed to assist students as they navigate the internet for their studies. I also helped bolster user trust and brand visibility by leading a user-generated content and review listing campaign, as well as through content creation.
